The event, now in its 10th year, is at Old Billingsgate in London on 24 June. The Fund Finance Association’s annual symposiums bring together investors, fund managers, bankers and lawyers for education and networking within the fund finance market.

Appleby Jersey’s Paul Worsnop, partner in the corporate team, will be participating on the NAV: Lessons from the ABL and CLO Markets panel, scheduled to take place at 2.05pm.

Paul has a broad practice and advises on all aspects of corporate and finance transactions with a particular emphasis on debt and equity capital markets, structured finance, funds and technology. He is involved with several industry working groups looking at areas including capital markets, the implementation and regulation of Fintech in Jersey, the AML/KYC regime and legal reform.

Paul’s Jersey colleagues James Gaudin, Simon Felton, and Daniel Healy are also looking forward to attending, alongside Jeremy Berchem, Dylan Latimer, Leona Maharaj and Tendai Gakanje from Guernsey, and Cayman’s Simon Raftopoulos.
