Mary-Louise is a Senior Associate within the Isle of Man Corporate Department. She qualified as an Isle of Man Advocate in February 2017, joining the firm in May 2018.
She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including banking and asset finance. Her practice also extends to providing regulatory, pension and insurance advice.
Mary-Louise acts for a variety of international financial institutions, law firms and corporate service providers, advising on a full range of the key and complex legal issues that affect both their own businesses and those of their clients.
