A highly experienced finance, corporate and financial services lawyer, Kate advises international and local clients and intermediaries on a wide range of mandates. She has particular expertise in banking and finance and corporate real estate matters as well as having a significant corporate and commercial practice. She also advises on the establishment and lifecycle of all types of investment structures, financial services and regulatory matters and insolvency and enforcement.

Kate has been practising for over 27 years, qualifying at and working for a leading City law firm for 10 years before returning to Guernsey in 2006. She qualified as a Guernsey Advocate in 2010. She is consistently ranked by both Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR for her breadth of experience and the complexity and size of the mandates on which she advises.
