Lisa Upham is a senior professional support lawyer based in Guernsey.
Lisa was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2000 and qualified as a Guernsey advocate in 2003. Before joining Appleby, Lisa established a knowledge management team at another offshore legal firm.
Prior to that Lisa was a senior associate in a Guernsey law commercial practice advising on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters with an emphasis on corporate reorganisitions, business acquisitions, financing and banking transactions. She is also a full member of STEP and has extensive private client experience.
Lisa is a member and secretary of the executive committee of the Guernsey Commercial Bar Association and is a member of the Guernsey International Business Association (GIBA) Technical Committee.
