Jersey welcomes Property Partner Jeff O’Boyle

Jeff was a partner and head of property at another Jersey firm, having previously spent 12 years with Pinsent Masons in the UK. He qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2021 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2005.

Having advised property developers, lenders, social housing providers, institutions, funds and governments on some of the most complex and high value transactions in Jersey, Jeff joins Partner John Bisson who has clocked up more than 50 years of experience advising Appleby clients across commercial and residential matters.

Jeff, who specialises in complex property development, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance and energy, said: “I feel honoured to join such a well-established and highly regarded team – and am especially thrilled to be working closely with the legendary Mr Bisson.
