Appleby BVI Announces 2024 Legal Scholarship Recipient
Appleby is excited to announce that Akeya Herbert is the recipient of the Appleby BVI 2024 Legal Scholarship. Akeya will be attending City, University of London to pursue her Bar Vocational Studies with an LLM, following her recent completion of an LLB at the University of Surrey.

Appleby is proud to support the career development of BVI professionals by providing opportunities that enhance their academic and professional growth. The Appleby BVI Legal Scholarship Programme provides up to US$30,000 for law degrees and post-graduate qualifying courses, covering tuition, examination fees, and textbooks. Recipients also gain four weeks of summer work experience per annum in our Corporate or Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, preparing them for future success in the legal field.
