Alex is a partner in Appleby’s Corporate Group in the Cayman Islands.
She has extensive experience advising banks, alternative lenders, private credit providers, sponsors and investment funds on cross-border financing transactions. Alex’s practice focuses particularly on fund finance, private credit and structured finance, drawing on more than two decades of experience in the finance market.
Alex has also worked on some of the largest and most high-profile cross-border consensual restructurings.
