Hosted by the Association of Bermuda Compliance Officers and Y Partners, the bootcamp is designed to equip compliance professionals with practical knowledge as digital asset companies continue to establish licensed operations in Bermuda. It brings together industry operators, regulators, legal professionals, and compliance practitioners for expert-led sessions focused on strengthening understanding of the island’s evolving regulatory landscape.
Jarion will speak on the practical challenges facing compliance professionals, focusing on regulatory inspections, audits, incident management, enforcement, crisis communications, sanctions compliance, suspicious activity reporting, and lessons learned from significant digital asset failures. The session is designed to equip practitioners with practical insights they can apply in high-pressure regulatory and operational environments.
Jarion commented: “Bermuda continues to position itself at the forefront of digital asset innovation, with a real opportunity to help lead the transformation of financial services in a thoughtful, credible, and commercially meaningful way. Innovation moves fastest when it is grounded in trust, governance, and sound judgment, making a deep understanding of the sector’s technology, risks, and regulatory expectations essential for compliance professionals as it evolves. I’m pleased to be speaking at ComplianceX and look forward to a practical discussion on compliance in Bermuda’s digital asset future.”
