Appleby Bermuda Welcomes Finance Associate to Its Market-Leading Corporate Practice
Appleby is pleased to welcome Harshil Patel as Associate in the Corporate department, bringing valuable experience across a broad range of banking and finance matters.
Harshil regularly advises businesses on project finance, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset finance transactions, as well as international energy finance matters. Prior to joining Appleby, Harshil worked at a transatlantic firm for over 4 years where he gained experience across general banking and finance matters.

Harshil was admitted as a Solicitor in the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2022. He holds an LPC from BPP University and an LLB from University of Southampton.
