Harshil Patel is an Associate in the Corporate team of Appleby’s Bermuda office. Harshil has a broad banking and finance experience, regularly advising businesses on project finance, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset finance transactions, as well as international energy finance matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Harshil worked at a transatlantic firm for over 4 years where he gained experience across general banking and finance matters.

- Admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England & Wales (September 2022).
- Undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Southampton.
- Postgraduate degree (PGDip) in Legal Practice from BPP University.
