Managers across the Appleby Group will take part in ‘Inclusive Line Management’ training to explore and develop their skills in role modelling inclusion, while all Appleby colleagues will have the opportunity to join additional sessions to raise awareness of the story behind Pride and the origins of Pride Month itself.

Across our global locations we are also proud to be sponsoring and supporting a number of the local Pride festivals taking place later in the summer, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring our team reflects and supports the vibrancy and diversity of the global jurisdictions in which we operate.

Malcolm Moller, Appleby Group Managing Partner and Chair of our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee, said: “Our leadership team has confirmed its unequivocal commitment to our vision on diversity and inclusion at Appleby. We are currently working with colleagues from across the Appleby Group on key initiatives to further embed a culture of inclusion where we all feel empowered, valued and accepted in our differences. I am grateful to every member of our team who has volunteered their time to support this important work and our journey of learning and improving.”
