Vanessa will moderate a panel session entitled ‘Offshore update: Bermuda, Bahamas & Cayman’, David will also appear as part of this panel to speak on Cayman law. Alison will moderate the ‘Offshore update: Channel Islands’ panel. Other members of the Bermuda Private Client & Trusts team will also attend this event, which Appleby is a gold sponsor of.

The Forum, which is now entering its fourth year, will be taking place from 3 to 5 June 2018 at The Hamilton Princess, Bermuda. The three day event will see a number of high profile attendees and speakers from across the globe discussing the latest issues and challenges affecting the trusts industry.
