Bio

Ann-Alecia is an associate within the Corporate department in the Cayman Islands.

She has experience across a wide range of practice areas, including subscription finance, structured finance (predominantly involving CLOs), corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate matters and general corporate matters.

Ann-Alecia was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in April 2020 after joining Appleby in September 2018. She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
