Bio
Tamanna is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department in the Cayman Islands. She advises on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged financing, securities lending transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (including public M&A), private and public offerings of equity and other finance and corporate law related matters.
Tamanna has extensive experience representing and advising clients from a spectrum of industries, including buyers, sellers, financial institutions, multi-national banks and private equity companies.
Prior to joining Appleby, Tamanna was an Associate with listed law firm, Gateley Plc, in Leeds practising and advising on all aspects of corporate law, specifically company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
