Michelle Suen is a Legal Manager in the Corporate Department of Appleby’s Hong Kong office.
Michelle focuses her practice on banking and finance transactions, investment funds, corporate and commercial matters. She has experience in syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, fund formation, corporate restructurings and general commercial agreements. Michelle also advises financial institutions, listed companies and corporate clients on a variety of transactional, regulatory and contentious matters.
Michelle is a native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Prior to joining Appleby, Michelle worked at a major law firm in Hong Kong where she had gained experience in a wide variety of matters in corporate finance, including listed company compliance and other general corporate and commercial matters.
