Iris Liu is a Paralegal in the Funds team of Appleby’s Corporate department in Hong Kong.
Iris advises on investment funds, capital markets, corporate and commercial transactions, as well as regulatory and compliance matters. She has experience assisting with Hong Kong initial public offerings, fund formation and documentation, regulatory filings, and cross-border transactions, including legal due diligence, prospectus verification, transaction documentation and regulatory submissions.
Prior to joining Appleby, Iris worked in the capital markets team of leading Chinese law firm in Hong Kong.
She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
