Adam Versaci is an associate in Appleby’s Cayman Island office and a member of the corporate department.
Adam has experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions include mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of equity, finance, mining and resources, joint ventures and other general commercial and corporate law related matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Adam practised corporate and commercial law with Western Australia’s largest independent law firm advising on all aspects of corporate law, specifically company mergers and acquisitions, business and asset sales and purchases, private equity and capital markets.
