Harshita Mishra is an Associate in the Corporate team of Appleby’s Hong Kong office.
Harshita advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. She has experience representing multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, financial institutions and high-growth companies on cross-border investments, acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Appleby, Harshita practised at leading Indian law firms.
Harshita is fluent in English and Hindi.
