Appleby acts as Bermuda counsel to SageSure on strategic investment in Pillar Capital Management
Appleby acted as Bermuda counsel to SageSure in relation to its investment in Pillar Capital Management, a Bermuda-based insurance-linked securities (ILS) fund manager with over US$4 billion in institutional assets under management.
The investment expands SageSure’s capabilities across the property catastrophe value chain and strengthening its ability to connect underwriting expertise with a broader range of capital sources.
Appleby worked alongside Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, providing Bermuda regulatory and corporate advice in relation with the transaction.
