Aleisha Hollis is a Senior Associate in Appleby’s Corporate department.
Aleisha’s practice includes advising on re/insurance matters, including catastrophe bonds, special purpose insurers, long-term and general business commercial re/insurers, regulatory compliance and licensing advice.
Aleisha’s experience also includes advising clients on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including cross-border corporate finance, securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, relocations, corporate structuring and governance, and Bermuda Stock Exchange Listings.
Prior to joining Appleby, Aleisha practiced at two other offshore law firms in Bermuda. Aleisha was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2020.
