Appleby Bermuda is advising Wilton Re, a provider of in-force and reinsurance solutions, in its strategic reinsurance and asset management partnership with Sun Life Financial Inc., an international financial services organization in relation to the formation of Windsor Life structure consisting of a U.S. and Bermuda-domiciled reinsurer expected to deploy approximately USD$900 million of capital.
