Sarah is a corporate paralegal within Appleby’s Jersey Corporate Practice.
Previously based in our Bermuda office, Sarah worked within our Knowledge Management team for several years providing library and legal research support to global fee earners and professional support lawyers.
Now based in our Jersey office, she provides fee-earning support to our local and international clients on a broad range of corporate, regulatory and commercial matters, financing transactions, and technical listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) including standard debt and equity, and high yield bond listings.
Sarah spent a year on secondment with a global offshore bank in both its Regulatory Compliance and in-house Legal teams.
Sarah now provides fee-earning support to local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, financing transactions, regulatory law, as well as an array of technical listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) including standard debt and equity, and high yield bond listings.
She is currently in her second year studying the Jersey Law Course.
