Bio
Sam was promoted to Associate in the corporate department in Jersey in November 2023, having returned to Appleby in 2021 as a paralegal. He supports the team in advising both local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, private equity structures, and corporate finance, working alongside our team of specialist advisors.
He also works within Appleby’s capital markets/listing services division, regularly advising clients in relation to the listing of Eurobonds, High Yield Bonds, and other specialist debt and equity on The International Stock Exchange.
