Alexandra is Counsel within the Corporate department.
She specialises in Asset Finance and advises financiers, owners and operators on a range of international asset and structured finance transactions in respect of a number of different asset classes, particularly aircraft and vessels. Alexandra’s practice areas also include general banking and finance, subscription finance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Alexandra was an associate in the Asset Finance team at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP in London, where her work focused on aviation and shipping finance with specific experience in the leasing of aircraft engines, the sale and leaseback of various aircraft and the financing of deepwater drillships and other commercial vessels.

Alexandra graduated with a BA Hons from University College London, an MA from Bristol University and an LLM from Leeds University.
