Kaile Yang is a Legal Manager in Appleby’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Corporate Department and the Investment Funds practice.
Kaile has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings, private and public offerings of debt and equity, as well as privatisation and other corporate and commercial law related transactions.
Kaile also has experience advising on the formation and maintenance of various types of private investment funds, as well as the governance and regulatory aspects of such funds.
Kaile joined Appleby in January 2018. Prior to joining Appleby, she practised corporate and commercial law in an international law firm in Hong Kong.
Kaile is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
