Alexandra is an associate within the Corporate Practice Group in the Cayman Islands.
She has experience across a wide range of practice areas, including banking, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), aircraft financing, structured finance (predominantly CLO transactions and repackagings), Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings and general corporate and commercial matters.
Alexandra joined Appleby in March 2024. Prior to this, Alexandra worked for a leading offshore law firm in their banking and financing practice group.
