The underlying catastrophic peril exposures in the segregated accounts have resulted in the issuance of USD76.726 million tradable and listed principal-at-risk ILS notes which have been admitted to the BSX as Section V Insurance Related Securities after the notes were sold to qualified investors, being funds or managed accounts operated by Twelve Capital.
