He specialises in disputes involving banks and funds, and has particular experience of cross-border disputes involving complex financial products as well as disputes arising out of fund insolvencies.

Whilst in Hong Kong, David led Norton Rose Fulbright’s regulation and investigations practice, including advising on Hong Kong’s highest profile banking corruption investigation. In London, he led Norton Rose Fulbright’s funds litigation practice, including advising the investment manager in respect of one of Cayman’s largest fund insolvencies.
David was admitted to the Cayman Islands Bar on 17 April and is also qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
