Andrew Murphy and Gary Orritt have joined their Dispute Resolution department and Jennifer Rosser their Corporate department.

Andrew was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2012, having trained and qualified at a regional firm in his native town of Swansea, South Wales. Andrew has particular experience in insolvency-based litigation. He has acted for a portfolio of clients including insolvency practitioners, receivers and high street lenders, dealing with a range of insolvency litigation, non-contentious corporate restructuring and general commercial litigation. Andrew’s prior experience in these areas involved investigatory work for office holders relating to reviewable transactions in personal and corporate insolvency, disputes relating to beneficial interests and implied trusts of land, together with strategic advice as to recovery of assets via insolvency or civil enforcement mechanisms.

Gary has experience in advising clients on different aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, after working within large UK law firms. He was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2017 following his training at an international law firm based in Birmingham. He has a substantial level of experience, gained over the last six years, in working in insurance based litigation. Over that time, he acted for several major UK based multi-national insurers. His work also focuses on trusts, insolvency, corporate litigation, employment and regulatory.

Jennifer was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2016 having trained and qualified at a regional firm in South Wales. Jennifer has been involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions on a regional and national level advising on acquisitions and disposals; commercial contracts; corporate governance matters and data protection, with particular reference to compliance with the new regulations.
