The Transcontinental Trusts conference, a three-day event attracting over 200 practitioners from across the globe, provides a forum to explore the key issues shaping the international trusts landscape. Claire will join the ‘Litigation Round Up’ panel on 18 June, offering perspectives on recent developments in contentious trusts matters.
The Private Client Exchange brings together senior private wealth professionals for focused discussions on emerging challenges and opportunities in the sector. Claire will speak on 15 June on ‘The Fault Lines of Mental Capacity: Ethics, Tactics and Cross-Border Conflict’.
