James’s practice extends to all aspects of local and international employment advice. He advises on contentious and non-contentious employment issues for a wide range of clients including international companies and financial institutions. He has worked on Employment Tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal, sex discrimination and disability discrimination. James qualified as an English solicitor in 2019.
