Partners Vanessa Schrum and Hannah Tildesley, and Senior Associate Caljonah Smith, are speakers at the event.

The three-day trusts conference typically attracts over 70 speakers and more than 150 delegates each year from around the globe. It aims to take a cross border approach in providing solutions to the most complex of private client issues.

On 30 June, Vanessa will participate in a panel discussion titled ‘Bermuda: Women and Wealth’ and Hannah will co-present on the topic of ‘Examination of Offshore Trust Judgments’. On 1 July, Caljonah will co-present in a talk called ‘Next Generation of Trust Professionals.’

Vanessa is Group Head of Appleby’s Private Client and Trusts department in Bermuda. She has extensive experience on a wide range of trust and estate planning matters, including the use of Bermuda private and commercial trust structures, PTCs, and the administration of complex and large estates.

Hannah is a member of Appleby’s Dispute Resolution team in Bermuda. She specialises in international commercial litigation with a particular focus on contentious trust disputes, banking and funds litigation, and director and shareholder disputes.

Caljonah is part of Appleby’s Private Client & Trusts team in Bermuda. Her key areas of practice include advising on all areas of non-contentious trust matters ranging from advising individuals, corporate trustees and private trust companies, in addition to providing estate planning and estate administration advice.
