Appleby Bermuda is pleased to have advised Ascot Group Limited, a global specialty (re)insurance company and Antares Capital in it’s launch of Wayfare Reinsurance Limited (Wayfare Re), a Bermuda-based reinsurance sidecar.

Appleby advised on all Bermuda law aspects of the transaction, including the formation, structure and registration of Wayfare Re as a special purpose insurer.
