The transaction will create the first nickel resource and green technology company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the combined company will operate under the “Lifezone Metals” name and be listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “LZM”. The transaction values the combined company at a pro forma equity value of approximately $1 billion.
