The transaction creates the first pure-play nickel resource and cleaner technology company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Lifezone Metals Limited’s ordinary shares and warrants began trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbols “LZM” and “LZMW”, respectively, at the opening of trading on 6 July 2023.
The cross-jurisdictional Appleby team was led by Isle of Man partner Juan Thornley assisted by senior associate Darryl Jago. Cayman-based counsel and global co-head of SPACs Dean Bennett led the Cayman Islands aspects of the transaction supported by associate Adam Versaci.
