Appleby acted as Cayman Islands and Bermuda legal counsel to Nasdaq listed Marvell Technology, Inc., a leader in data infrastructure semiconductor solutions, on a corporate restructuring in connection with its US$10 billion acquisition of Inphi Corporation, a leader in high-speed data movement. The combination creates a U.S. semiconductor powerhouse positioned for end-to-end technology leadership in data infrastructure.
