Simon is a highly regarded disputes lawyer, specialising in complex commercial and insolvency litigation, frequently involving concurrent proceedings in a number of jurisdictions and the recovery of assets based overseas.  He has substantial experience of disputes before the English courts, in addition to litigation and arbitration in key venues around the world.  He is also BVI qualified.

Simon joins Appleby from HFW where he was a Partner in its London office.  Before practising at HFW, Simon was with Norton Rose Fulbright and Shearman & Sterling where he also focused on commercial and insolvency litigation.
