Appleby is pleased to be acting as Cayman Islands legal counsel to RF Acquisition Corp III in its entry into a business combination agreement with HCC Healthcare Pte. Ltd. (HCC Healthcare), with a pre-transaction equity value of HCC Healthcare of approximately US$500 million. Upon the closing of the proposed business combination, HCC Healthcare is expected to become a publicly traded company, with its securities listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.


Appleby advised on all Cayman Islands legal aspects of the transaction, drawing on its extensive experience in cross-border mergers and capital markets transactions.
