Appleby Advised OAG International Ltd. in Its Definitive Business Combination with Harvard Ave Acquisition Corporation
Appleby is pleased to announce that it acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to OAG International Ltd, (OAG) a global provider of specialized pipeline construction and integrity services for critical onshore and offshore energy infrastructure in its entry into a definitive business combination agreement with Harvard Ave Acquisition Corporation (HAVA).
Upon completion of the business combination between OAG and HAVA, and related transactions pursuant to the business combination agreement, OAG Pipeline Technologies Inc., the newly formed public company, is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.
