Alejandra Gonzalez Saucedo is an Associate in Appleby’s Hong Kong office and a member of the corporate department. She practices in the areas of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and SPACs, as well as other commercial and corporate law related matters.
Alejandra advises clients from a wide spectrum of industries, including technology companies, financial institutes, multi-national banks, asset management companies and private equity companies.
Alejandra is fluent in English and Spanish. She also speaks French at an intermediate level.
Prior to joining Appleby in 2021, she practised corporate and commercial law for five years at Santos-Elizondo, a law firm based in Monterrey, Mexico and completed a secondment programme in the Hong Kong office of Ashurst.
