Appleby acts as sole Cayman Islands transaction counsel on Telford Finco’s US$200 million senior secured bond issuance

Davis Polk & Wardell acted as lead counsel, with Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS acting as Norwegian counsel to Telford Finco, and Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS acting as Norwegian counsel to Nordic Trustee AS.

DNB Markets (a part of DNB Bank ASA) and Arctic Securities AS acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

The Appleby team was led by Asia Managing Partner David Bulley with support from Hong Kong Senior Associate Angelina Wong and Shanghai Associate Mandy Qi.

Appleby has advised the Telford Group on multiple offshore financings and transactions, having originally acted for Merced Capital on the acquisition of the Telford Group by way of credit bid and Cayman court process.
