Kelly Tang is a Legal Manager in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Hong Kong office.
Kelly focuses her practice on a range of corporate and commercial transactions for public and private companies and investment firms. She has experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies, debt capital market transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. She also has experience in advising clients on financial services regulatory matters.
Kelly is native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Prior to joining Appleby, Kelly worked with Loeb & Loeb LLP in Hong Kong.
