Appleby Advises Juniper Group in Its Acquisition of DerbySoft Holdings Limited
Appleby is pleased to announce that it acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Juniper Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., on its acquisition of a majority interest in DerbySoft Holdings Limited, the ultimate parent company of DerbySoft Inc., a technology company that builds connectivity, marketing and content solutions for the hospitality industry.
Appleby acted as legal advisor on the Cayman Islands aspects of the transaction which closed on 1 June 2026, drawing on its extensive experience in cross border and domestic M&A and financing transactions.
