Bio
April is an Associate within the Corporate practice group in Appleby’s Cayman Islands office.
She advises on a broad range of finance transactions, particularly fund finance and structured finance, including CLOs and asset-backed lending transactions. She also has experience with derivatives, Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, April worked at other leading global offshore law firms in the Cayman Islands, where she advised funds, financial institutions, sponsors and corporate clients on a range of cross-border transactions.
