Appleby Bermuda advises Excelerate on $1.055 billion acquisition

Appleby Bermuda advised Excelerate Energy, Inc. in connection with its $1.055 billion acquisition of New Fortress Energy’s business in Jamaica. Excelerate acquired the assets and operations of the Montego Bay LNG Terminal, the Old Harbour LNG Terminal, and the Clarendon combined heat and power co-generation plant.
