The Panda Bonds are proposed to be issued in multiple tranches in the aggregate principal amount of not more than RMB 3 billion, as and when appropriate, within a period of two years from 12 March 2025.

Xinyi Solar is a Cayman Islands exempted company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
