Appleby Advises Legato Merger Corp. III in Its USD1.35 Billion Business Combination with Einride AB
Appleby is pleased to have acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Legato Merger Corp. III in its business combination with Einride AB (Einride) in connection with the closing of the business combination, Einride’s American depository shares and warrants are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “ENRD” and “ENRDW”, respectively, on June 10, 2026.
Appleby advised on all Cayman Islands legal aspects of the transaction, drawing on its extensive experience in cross-border mergers and capital markets transactions.
