Phillip joined Appleby in 2023 and is Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team in the Isle of Man.
Phillip qualified as an attorney in South Africa and commenced his legal career there at an international firm in Johannesburg and then practised at a leading South African firm where he specialised in commercial litigation.
Phillip has experience in a wide range of disputes including: commercial, construction, trust, property and insurance matters and has successfully assisted clients in these areas both in High Court litigation as well as in arbitrations.
