Kimberley is an associate within the Corporate Department in the Isle of Man. She graduated from the University of Glasgow where she studied Law before going on to complete the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
After qualifying as an Isle of Man Advocate in February 2021, Kimberley joined the firm in September 2021. She assists with a broad range of corporate matters including banking and asset financing transactions and regulatory advice. In addition to being a Manx Advocate, Kimberley completed The Law Society of Scotland’s Qualified Lawyers Assessment and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in January 2022.
Kimberley acts for a variety of international financial institutions, law firms and corporate service providers, advising on a full range of the key and complex legal issues that affect both their own businesses and those of their clients.
