Hong Kong Managing Partner David Bulley once again named as “Merger and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year” for the third year running
David is Managing Partner of Appleby’s Hong Kong office and leads the Asia PE/M&A and corporate restructuring teams and is global co-head of SPACs. He completed in excess of USD25 billion of M&A transactions in 2021and is currently working on multiple US and Hong Kong SPACs and de-SPACs with a value in excess of USD5.5 billion.
This year David was also named as “M&A Lawyer of the Year –Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands” in the Innovation & Excellence Awards, “Corporate Finance Lawyer of the Year” in the Finance Monthly’s Legal Awards and a “Leading Expert in Corporate M&A Law 2022 – Hong Kong (Offshore Law)” in the Corporate Vision (Corporate Excellence) Awards.
